This is our signature class, where form is everything. It’s real mat Pilates done properly, with every movement taught with intention so you know exactly how it should feel in your body. With a maximum of 8 people, you’ll get personal cues and corrections throughout. No sloppy reps, and no wondering whether you’re doing it right. You’ll build deep core strength, better posture, balance and control that carry into everything you do.
Good for: anyone who wants Pilates done right, from people coming from big group or reformer classes to skiers, golfers and active people who want a strong, stable core for life.
New to Pilates, or want to make sure you’ve been doing it right? This class builds your foundation: core connection, breath, alignment and the key movements every other class is built on. With a maximum of 8 people, you’ll get hands-on guidance so you learn what each exercise should actually feel like in your body. It’s a great starting point, and a smart reset for anyone coming from big group classes or reformer.
Good for: beginners, returning exercisers, and anyone who wants a stronger base.
Pilates fundamentals meet high-intensity intervals. Expect bursts of cardio, strength and core work that get your heart rate up and leave you dripping, with the same attention to form as every class. Working hard doesn’t mean working sloppy, so you’ll push your limits while protecting your body.
Good for: anyone who wants a serious sweat and a challenge.
Pilates with weights. This full-body class adds weights to classic Pilates movements to build strength, tone and definition, with plenty of core work throughout. The weights add challenge, and the small class size means you’ll get the cues to keep your form clean and your joints happy, so you build strength the right way.
Good for: anyone who wants to get stronger and more toned while staying true to Pilates technique.
Warm up your Wednesday evening. This class takes place by a crackling fireplace, so you’ll move through a full-body Pilates flow in a cozy, warm room. The warmth helps you settle in and move with ease, while you work your core and whole body with the same focus on form as every class. It’s a great way to unwind after work and build strength at the same time. Bring water and a towel.
Good for: anyone who wants a cozy, feel-good workout to end the day.
A lower-body burn that blends barre and Pilates. Small, controlled movements and plenty of pulses target your glutes, legs and core until you feel every muscle working. Proper form makes all the difference here, and in a small class you’ll get the cues to make each move hit exactly where it should.
Good for: building strength and shape in the glutes and legs, with a great burn.
Your Friday night booty workout. This Pilates class is all about your glutes, round after round of small, controlled pulses until your booty is on fire. Every move is done with proper form and core connection, so you lift, shape and strengthen your glutes exactly where it counts. Turn up the music, feel the burn, and kick off your weekend.
Good for: lifting, shaping and strengthening your booty, and starting your weekend on a high.
You’ll work your deep core, abs, obliques and back with focused Pilates-based exercises that build real strength from the inside out. Every move is taught with proper form, so you feel it where it counts and protect your back while you work. You’ll leave stronger, more stable and ready for whatever your weekend holds, whether that’s the slopes, the course or the courts.
Good for: building a strong, stable core for sport, posture and everyday life.
